Cozumel in August

I've been to Cozumel many times in the past but haven't been diving there (we switched to snorkeling and free diving) for many years. DW and I are going to Cozumel in August I'd like to go on one dive. Spend the rest of the time snorkeling with her. Options from the dive outfit (Dressel Divers) where we're staying are Palancar Caves, Palacar horseshoe, Paso del Cedral, Santa Rosa Wall, Yucab, Colombia Cordillera, Punta Dalla, Punta Tunich, San Francisco.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Palencar Caves is one of my favorite dives. Santa Rosa is also very nice.
