Read Chuck's post again. Diving officially re-opened on June 8th. The fact that Aldora was not filling tanks or you thought the ocean was closed has no bearing on anything. I have DM friends that went diving that day, including one of my roommates.

And again, you said "When I was in Coz in summer of 20 there was nobody allowed in the ocean", which is absolutely not true, since Summer of 2020 started on June 20th.

Summer of 2020 started on June 20th and people were 100% allowed in the ocean.

And even if you (wrongly) want to argue that summer starts on June 1st, diving re-opened on June 8th, and you stated you were there until June 10th. So people were allowed in the ocean while you were there.

You could have just said "when I was there the first week of June 2020, there was nobody allowed in the ocean"

Let's see if you can admit you were wrong and move on.

The beaches were closed for a long time - had nothing to do with tourists and everything to do with trying to keep groups of locals from gathering - beaches at the resorts were open.

Everyone was generally good with being locked up until Mother's day, the flood gates opened and there were house parties everywhere jajajaja
