Cozumel cruise ship dive and water temp question

I happen to be going to Cozumel on the same ship two weeks later on the 15th. Jetfish, Please let us know how you do. I'm considering diving in Cozumel but my friend isn't certified. Any tour operators have boats or shore diving that he could snorkel if I dive? Sounds like the shore diving isn't very good though.

my husband and i are going to be on liberty of the seas and in cozumel on 15 december. we refuse to go with the ships contracted dive operator.
we put in a standby reservation at dive with martin. we want to go in the am.

I didn't get any diving in. Did you end up diving? How was it?

My first time on a ship that big. Had a great time!
