The Aldora pier is a public pier actually (provided that the op has a contract and pays monthly fees), and is operated by Ultramar, the ferry company. The name Aldora pier goes back a long way. This is the same pier Deep Blue, Aldora, myself and a few other tour companies use.

Aqua Safari actually has their own private pier.
