My good friend Pilar Luna (interviewed in that 2004 video) retired yesterday, after founding and leading INAH's department of underwater archaeology for over 35 years. She and I excavated the La Quebrada "Old Well" cenote after Jeff Bozanic led us to it in the early 1980s. The artifacts we removed, cleaned and conserved are now in the National Museum of History and Anthropology in Mexico City.
 
German and Vince were my cavern and cave instructors, respectively. I'm sure Natalie shot the video. She mentioned that they had been diving with German on Cozumel last time I saw her. They're all great divers, guides, and people!

Very nice. I did my Cavern/Intro to Cave with German. He's a great instructor.

Hoping to head back to Aerolito in August when I am back on the island.
