Cousteau suit

A few years ago i've read about someone who made a custom made cousteau suit (yellow stripes original design), just like the originals with front over panel and hood closure with velcro, integrated socks, etc.
Anyone has the tayloring plans, or something like that to make a custom made? If Anyone has one, a taylor indication would be welcome.
