What might be a suitable split if a freelance Course Director teaches Instructor courses at a dive centre? Let's imagine in this case the dive centre's marketing had brought in the Instructor candidates and the CD just did the teaching. Something like 50 / 50 split of income after operational costs have been paid?
How would it change if the Course Director found their own Instructor candidates through their own marketing efforts (and just used the dive centre facility and name), or taught a mixed class - some candidates provided by the dive centre and some by the CD?
Anyone have any experience, thoughts or ideas about this?
