Hey, toluene & products containing it are restricted sale items in CA, persons have to be over 18 years old... to buy a can of wetsuit cement!!!
Toluene is the "active ingredient" in wetsuit cement.
Cotol is 98% methyl benzene
Toluene will work as a thinner, but not as an accellerator.
