Cali...you mean SoCal?...65 degree water....and you see a fishie here and there....or Kona (5 hrs farther..probably $200 more) 84 degree water, 100' vis...see maybe one or two more fishies than SoCal....But then to hang with the Mantas ...in my 5 top dives
