Is that a copepod crawling on this Lysiosquilla scabricauda's antenna? None of the pics are good, but maybe the volume can help via patterns, etc. BHB last week.

Looking through these shots again and noticed that the black "spot" on the little critter's back might be changing positions. Went looking for another shot that might clear that up and found this one apparently showing the little critter's tummy (sitting under the shrimp's eye). Also found one with the spot clearly over on its "side".

Wondering if the black spot is an even smaller freerider.

They look more like isopods than copepods.
