The moving targets are only every other level and many of them are easy to hit in the air with plunging fire even if you get the timing a little wrong. The missle silos are the ony ones that require getting it all exactly right.

It's the OP's fault. He should have titled the thread "Cool self propelled artillery game from the discovery channel".
On the other hand, a tank filling game could be fun too. You could have a cave diver level where you try to pack insane amounts of gas into tanks without blowing to many divers up in order to have your divers survive really long penetrations.
You could have a cheap salvage company owner level where you try to get by with the minimum amount of helium needed to get your narced divers too complete the job.
And of course you could have an always popular "I wanna see a tank explode" level where you compete for the largest explosion using a variety of tanks, fill pressures, rednecks and rifle calibers.
