I have four old 1st stages that I'd like to convert to DIN if possible.
-1st Generation Aqualung Titan LX
-Sherwood Oasis 2 (With the little set screw under the yoke when externally adjusting the pressure)
-Tekna t-2100
-Dacor 900

Has anyone on here done this or know what parts would be suitable for the job.

Disclaimer: I'm an novice on regulator servicing and modification, and plenty of people on this board know FAR more than me. Perhaps wait for a few replies, before buying anything.

The best option would be to get a kit from the manufacturer of you reg, which you know is compatible. That aside:

I cannot vouch for compatibility with any of the regulators you listed. That said, I have converted some Scubapro MK10 regulators using the "Scuba Choice Dive First Stage Yoke to DIN Regulator Conversion Kit", which was around $25 at the time, but is apparently closer to $45 now. Seeing as I can find the Scubapro branded one cheaper, I'd probably go with that.

Since you have 4 regulators, there may be a chance this kit is compatible with one or several of those regulators you listed.

If this kit is compatible, the process will involve unscrewing the current yoke-adapter, and installing the din-adapter. It's a little more complicated than that, but here's a video (below). You'll want to start from the beginning, however, if you want to see the removal, it's around the 5-minute mark. I think in one of his later videos he talks about the right amount of torque when re-installing the tank-adapter, maybe around part-3 or so.

You may want one of these tools as well, to hold the first stage. Either works fine (I have the cheap one), but obviously the $25 one is nicer than the $12.50 one.

The Sherwood adapter can be spendy. I shop the usual bidding sights for complete used din 1st stages...and get them cheap.
