The Scubapro FS-2 compass boot for wrist-mount (straps) seems to come with 4 nice holes for easy conversion to bungee-mount. What's the recommended way of removing the wrist straps? I don't see it mentioned in the manual.

Ah, cool! Makes sense that it's just a solid bar held in place by friction with the housing. Thanks!

How's the Scubapro's own bungee-mount? I'm considering buying this, or just the FS-2 capsule and a DSS bungee-mount.
