console mount for VT3

My husband wants to put his VT3 on a console with a compass. I notice on Oceanic's website that listed is "Compass Bracket Assembly Complete 04.1027, MSRP $149.00". Does this mean it comes with the retractor and compass on a console? So all you'd have to add is the VT3 and it would be a complete hoseless computer/compass console??
 
04.1027 is complete - minus the VT3. The compass bracket, retractor, compass, and compass hose mount boot are also sold separately.
