You could've gone w/ the regular 7mm vulcanized neoprene bare boots on the suit - we've got some of them around here that have had 100's of shore dives on them (on some pretty rocky stuff...) and the boots still look brand new.

Yeah, but they are freakin' enormous monstrosities that trap air in your feet unless you have a Triple Extra Wide foot.

I'm having my boots removed and replaced with neoprene socks so I can use rock boots.
