Local dealer looking for US$900. If it fits well I might buy it. If price is similar to ordering new one I might get it made to order. Does this Price sound fair? Anybody out there like/dislike the suit?

I bought mine new for that price from divesource.com in Canada. Love the suit. It's very tough.

I got mine from Dan's Dive Shop in Canada.. paid about $900US with drygloves back when the exchange rate was a bit better. Great suit. The leg anti-inflation thing combined with the ATR system makes it sorta look like you're wearing a suit with pants, but the fit is better than it looks from the outside. I highly recommend it.

I've got one of the ATR-HD's w/ drygloves. It is a beautiful, beautiful suit. The torso stretches to make it easy to get on, and the fit is wonderful. Good price on the suit as well - I've seen them go for much, much more.

And best of all...nice and dry :)

Hmmmmm....

I just paid $1,500 for a Signature Series DUI TLS 350.....that price seems WAY too high for the Bare.

I agree with you. I won't buy from them unless, they come down considerably (doubtful). But they pretty much charge the manufacturers recommended retail price for everything that I've seen. The recommended price for the ATR-HD is 1499 US.

I'm a month or more away from making a drysuit purchase. The TLS 350 is another suit I'm considering, how do you like it and what boots did you choose?

That's WAAAAY high. I just got a quote from my LDS: The suit, with suspenders, Trek Boots, Tech Hood for $1,700. Canadian Dollars. Do the math on that one!

I think I paid something like $1050 or something like that from Discover Diving in Atkinson. I don't remembre the exact price, because I got a bunch of other stuff with it, and I ended up getting $200 off because they had a year old model in the factory and I was lucky enough to have a perfect fit with a stock size.

It's a great suit.
