Hello, can anyone recommend a nice upscale condo ? Looking for someplace with a nice beach, pool, snorkeling. Will be doing a little diving, definitely not everyday since I'll have a non diver with me.

Ron PM sent in reference to yours about my place.Sorry I didn't answer sooner was out of the country. We are located in BoddenTown which is about "mid" island .15 minutes to the East End and about 20 minutes to Georgetown ,depending on traffic. The snorkeling is probably one of the best areas on island.Any other questions feel free to contact me.

With a non-diver with me, is the east end/ rum point too boring ? I also only plan on diving 1/2 the time.

Depends. If you want lively nightlife and frequent shopping excursions, you'll want to stay closer to George Town / SMB.

If you're into relaxing on the beach with a good book, snorkeling, hanging out at the beach bar, Rum Point will be great.

That's one of the beautiful things about Grand Cayman, you can have it either way!

Has anyone stayed at Treasure Island Resort or George Town Villas ? I decided Rum Point is too far away and isolated. Turtle Nest Inn is booked.

Any information or opinions would be appreciated. Thanks.

A long weekend in February, Saturday to Wednesday.

Condo booking company also has the Grandview condo available if anyone knows about it.

We have stayed at the Regal Beach Club and it was very nice with a good location. Units toward the back are less expensive.

Treasure Island Resort was converted to long term rentals for on-island residents. Treasure Island Condos is a separate entity and is right on Seven Mile BEach.

The Grandview is also right on Seven Mile Beach.
