Condo recommendation?

I don't mind paying a small surcharge for electric such as the $12 at Divers Paradise,if needed but we rented a house one trip that was charging extra over a certain kilowatt total per day and when we looked at the meter it was going to run about 50-100 dollars a day extra. Luckily,we found out about it on the second or third day of our two week vacation. It wasn't something I had thought to ask and wasn't disclosed when we rented it through VRBO.
Everyone here has been a big help. Will spend more time making a decision this weekend so if you have any more input,please post or PM me.
