I went out at Point Lobos today with Team #1. There was no Team #2, so we had the place all to ourselves! With the slow period on the waves these days, the surge was still strong down 80'. The water is reasonably blue, or at least not green, though it is a bit stirred up by the big swells we have been having. Visibility was about 40' out by the lone Metridium, which is exactly the report I heard from yesterday. The water temperature was a uniform 55F from top to bottom.

It was a nice day for diving--little wind, no wind waves to speak of, and a bright blue sky. My partner could only handle one dive, though, and even that one was only 34 min. long.
