Since you said you were using Coltri Oil I immediately tossed that out for your problem. But after cleaning and still getting stinky so fast, I am not so sure. The only other time I have had someone with a similar problem was in India where they substituted automotive oil for compressor oil.
I suggest purchasing some new oil from a compressor company you trust. Drain the old stuff and look at it closely. Check for any carbon chunks, metal shavings or anything else that could indicate compressor damage.
Also make sure that your drain valve on the separator is allowing the oil/water to drain.
