coming to DC/ Baltimore

im coming to DC/Baltimore to visit my sister at college on October 2-5 and am looking to get a dive in. Seeing how i am only 16 i cant drive very far for a dive charter Im thinking 45 min tops from Baltimore/DC. I have only 2 dives under my belt and dont really want to do deep(70ft) or swift dives. I have emailed 2 dive charters (dint list locations on the website) and have not heard back (6days ago). Thankyou very much
