After a few false starts, I made it through the registration process and am happy to join the group. My wife, user ID Kona (hence my user ID Konatoo), found ScubaBoard a few weeks ago and we find you to be the most educational site on the web. I'm a New Englander, but have done all my diving to date in Kona where we have a 2nd (....to be 1st someday soon) home. Having found the diving passion, we can no longer wait 6 months between trips to the Big Island to dive. This summer we'll experience cold water and brown fish diving the Maine coast. We also keep a boat on Sebago Lake in Maine and would like to hear from anyone who has or would like to dive the lake.

As a consulting engineer I look forward to ScubaBoard keeping me educated and entertained as I spend far too many nights in strange hotels throughout the world. Great to be here.

You have to be too darn spoiled, only diving in Hawaii. Of course for the first year that I dived, that was true for me too, but I was stationed there at the time (28 years ago!)

Welcome to the scubaboard! ;)
