I just don't log dives
Hi I am retiring from the Coast Guard the 31st and will be coming home then.
I have a house in Sparta (Exit 62 I-71) so not far from Falling Rock.
Will be looking for local trips. I dive dry so cold water means nothing:D

btw saw this (Kentucky Piranha Patrol Join NDI's Piranha Patrol and find out what's really hiding in that underwater bluegrass). How do I join?

Well, by posting here and introducing yourself you already have! :D

The cold weather and cold water have slowed things down around here a little but there are a few of us that do continue to dive with dry suits throughout the year. Personally things have been a little busy for me so It's been a month or so since I've been in the water. I about ready to change that though!

Keep you eye out here and you'll see some diving activity going on soon...

Let me be first to say Welcome to the KPP!

Thanks its still a couple of weeks till the move.
What about ice diving?

Mike

How did I miss this one?? There are a few that will ice dive but most of us didn't take a class.

I'm one of the few crazy ones that will dive during the winter. My main thing is a decent SI temp. Something around freezing works, anything below, questionable.

Greetings Mike!

Welcome home.....Well, your almost a full fledged member of the KPP. Membership also includes diving with other members and just a little bit of blood letting, but I'm sure your up to it. :D

There you go chasing members away again, you trouble maker! :D

Don't worry Mike, I've only seen two divers in 10 years at FRP that failed to ride the donkey.

Jenn came very close, but she made it! So I'm sure you can do it!
