Come join us on, October 9th, our guest speaker will be Dawn Sherwood. She has been a diver since 1995, but an ocean lover from early elementary school thanks to Flipper. Over the years she has acquired numerous certifications including PADI OWSI. She officially career switched to teaching high school science 9 years ago and since taught Earth Science, Oceanography, Biology II, Astronomy, and AP Environmental Science. The best part about her new schedule is that she can travel on school holidays. She has spent a summer touring California and Hawaii and diving the islands. She spent an incredible summer in Australia and Fiji diving both coasts of Australia and around the main island in Fiji. This past summer, she took advantage of an Aggressor special and spent 10 days in Belize diving that atolls including Glover which frequently is left out due to time. Come and listen to her summer adventure in Belize! We look forward to seeing you there!
