The Cyklon 2nd stage runs off a higher intermediate pressure than the S600,so not the best idea

Rather use a R295 as octo, as mentioned the IP on the Poseidon runs it bit higher. You could also use a ATX40, they are bulletproof and cheap!!

The Cyclon is a great second stage but for proper performance needs an IP of about 190 PSI. Your MK25 is set at about 130 PSI. If you had it reset to 190 then your S600 would blow open and freeflow. Much as I love them, Cyclons do not play well with others, if you want a quality sidebreather as an octo (and that concept has a lot to recommend it) find an OCEANIC Omega II.
