Cold water hood

I have a cold water hood from DUI which fits good but is too tight around the neck only.
Is it possible to "stretch " the neck portion w/ heat or some other method ?
any ideas

maybe stick it over a tank... The neoprene will stretch out. Just do not stretch it to much...

Put a deflated volleyball in there and pump it up. Let it set for a few days.
