We're not offended at all by people staying out of a cave. We are deeply offended by untrained divers who think they can just 'wing it' and go in anyways.
 
While Gràcia spent time collecting rock samples, Mascaró swam off to chart a nearby chamber.

Is this a standard practice? Going off by yourself? I don't know, sounds kind sketchy...

That's not from "kicking" as the title in the article suggests. Oh, it's diver induced, but it looks like he hit the wall on his right and that it's fairly unstable, even causing the ceiling to be disturbed. It could be from his bubbles, but then this cave is way too unstable for me to ever dive it. There's nothing down there worth dying for.

Is this a standard practice? Going off by yourself?
If agreed upon before hand, sure.

I hope the curvature of that line is from the distortion of a wide-angle lens, and is not really showing a slack line just hanging there waiting to entangle someone....
