For the service techs. When servicing regulators what do you find the best method of cleaning the pressure gauge where it connects to the swivel spool?
My cleaning methods are as follows. Plastics soap and water rinse and dry, metal parts go into the US bath with biox, hose ends soaked in a jar of biox then drained and hung up to dry and at the moment I sit the gauge in a ring spanner to keep it upright and soak the thread and where the spool goes in biox. The latter I am sure could be done better and more securely. Any suggestions, thanks in advance.
