Question Classified add missing or deleted?

Hello!

I tried to list 3 items after viewing the classified required reading. They are listed in my activity but seem to have been crossed out? Would someone be able to let me know if this means they have been deleted for someone reason? If so, is there a moderator I can remedy this with or learn why?
