I own a 1967 Mustang Convertible with the big block 390 CI. And, yes, it is stock.

Sold it.

I suck.

1964 Ford Fairlane sports coupe ---under construction--

right now its got a fresh coat of rangoon red paint on it but im still working on the engine...

It looks so good just sitting there I cant wait to drive it!

Only thing is the cars kinda taken a backseat to diving lately...

...my Dad's "3rd Daughter". A 1966 Mustang GT Ragtop - Emberglow with a White Interior. My sister was a little jealous, but she never actually changed the oil, or did other work on the cars with Dad, so Mom decided I should have it. Lucky Me!

My next-door neighbor has a Porsche, and across the street, a Harley. We sure can make the street "rumble" if we all crank up at the same time!

Happy Driving!
Scuba-sass :-)

A good buddy of mine has a 67 Shelby GT500 and a 56 fastback in pumpkin orange......Can you believe he never lets me drive....

Another good friend of mine just put an air ride kit on his 59 el camino that he restored.....I give him crap about the 2-tone color he has along the passenger side where the rust is beginning to set in.

Big sigh! I LOVE muscle cars, I get all mushy inside just thinking about one :)

My husband has a 1972 El Camino but it's not the SS, it does have the SS badging on it though.
Maybe one of these days I'll buy a cool car; until then I'll just have to think my 2001 Monte Carlo SS is cool (and FUN to drive too ;) ).
Ber :bunny:

1968 SS396 (325 HP) Camaro, metallic blue...Holley 750 DP, Sig Erson cam, Edelbrock Al manifold, 4.11 posi rear, Muncie M-21 4-sp...a sweet car.

Best 1/4 mile was 12.97/107 mph (at 4000' elevation). Not bad..

Bounced that one off 5 parked cars one night and had to start over...oops.

Second edition was a 1971 Z-28 350 ci smog-motor. Thing was a stone so I yanked the stock engine (it went into a Corvair!, yikes) and I replaced it with...

In-the-crate RPO L-88 427 ci, 12:1 pistons, Al heads, Holley 850 DP...the thing would not idle, could not pass a gas station, and was a bit of a beast in traffic.

I used to put 'TriMix' in it (Super Shell + 136-octane avgas + two cans of Supercharger-in-a-Can)...the fumes would make your eyes water...

Best ET...11.62/118 mph (w/ 3.73 rear end, never even made into 4th gear...).

Starving college student, couldn't afford replacing the clutch every other month...sold it to a guy who pulled the engine for a drag boat.

Memories...sigh.

cyklon_300...........very cool car. A buddy of mine still has his first car from HS. 1970 RS Camaro. Completely restored about 15 years ago. Sits in his garage under wraps. Mostly stock other than a little head work. Burnt Orange.........

Sold my '74 442 to start building my new chopper. It was perfect. Miss it drastically...........especially since I saw it last. HS kid's dad bought it for him and he's already wrecked it. Hope it survives.
