Why they sell masks without a slap strap is a mystery to me. That would be number on on my list.
Second would be spring heel straps for your fins. So much easier to put on/off.

Definitely slap straps and spring straps. The Eezycut is a really nice device.
If you don't have an SMB and spool, you should, and I like the Halcyon ones the best of any.
TruWest parkas are simply wonderful, whether you dive dry or wet.
