I am about to buy a digital compact camera for u/w photography. I have been looking through different threads on this forum which helped me to restrict my search to a few particular brands and models but I still need a little bit of help.
I would be grateful for information:
1.Which Canon is better: 990IS, 110IS, A2100IS - they all seem to be very similar. (A590 is discontinued so I am not taking it into account)
2.Is Canon better in compacts for u/w photography than Nikon (Coolpix series)? I have been a user of Nikon F80 for a long time so I have a sentiment for this brand (and if I could afford I would buy D80 + housing) but I haven't heard much about their compacts.
3.If there is anything else worth mentioning... I would be grateful for any "nota bene"!
