My friend says the first set of characters that came accross to my computer mean "Peking Duck" and that the second "Beef and Broccoli." Be careful before you have them made a permanent part of your body. In the meanwhile, I'll compare tham to a take out menu I've got around here somewhere.

Bob, I don't know that you can read/write the chinese character.
潛水 is commonly used as "scuba diving"
水 = water
under or below = 下
