Sorry,

The Baseball fans took all the space on the other thread. These are the pictures of the same dive as described by Chris RIO.

I curious dog fish showed up for a snap and disappeared, first time I see one on the Polling. Please enjoy.....p.s.sorry I did not have a more suitable model....you know blond hair etc.....

Enjoyed the great shots, thanks Ed!

Any chance you could post a non-flash shot from down on the wreck? I'd be curious to see the natural lighting and vis.

You might not have a non-flash shot at depth since your strobe is doing such a good job, but I thought I'd ask.

Check out my thread from the same dive. The video I posted shows what it was like without lights etc.

Sorry for the mistaken post (on your thread and this one), but I got myself confused about which thread I was in! This is where it should have been. :D

Thanks Chris. I've apparently got some technical difficulties with the video you linked. The music plays, but the QuickTime screen remains white. A message had come up about a part of the software being missing from the server. I'll try again some other time. Might be a problem on my end. I'll look into it.

I've dove the Poling a couple times, but you guys seemed to have some good vis that day so I was interested in seeing a more natural and longer distance shot of the wreck.

Thanks again.

The pictures below are with 30+ vis and the sun out....last Sunday it was cloudy!

There is no way to have the whole wreck on one shoot ....unless vis is 50+ (typical on NE)

Feb looks to be a good month to dive the Poilling with great vis....If I can will try to go back on Nov ....and see the conditions.

Thanks for your replies!

Ed

Well.... if I am not suitable I guess I'll just let you dive without me from now on....

I just noticed those last three shots you posted. Thanks Ed! Excellent images, too!

It's great to see more of the Poling in such good vis. Brings back nice memories.
