Checklists in Rebreather Diving

v2.0. You are not flying. You are diving. Calling the check list "Pre-Flight"
is stupid.

You still say you fly the CCR, that’s why. Point taken

THIS is the checklist for a rebreather.

1 - Do you have $20,000 lying around that you can spend on rebreather and training? Yes? No?
2 - Do you have to put all or part of the costs on a credit card? Yes? No?
3 - Does your wife know you are about to drop 20k on a diving toy? Yes? No? If no, prepare to be punished for years.
4 - Are you cashing in retirement money to pay for the rebreather? Yes? No? If yes - you are a dumbass.
5 - If you don't like the rebreather you bought, are you prepared to sell it for 35% of what you paid, and go buy another? Yes? No?
6 - Will your life be unfulfilled and empty if you do not buy a rebreather? Yes? No? If yes, then by all means go for it and enjoy!

Here is v1 of my checklist (front and back). Would love to hear feedback for v2. Are there any checks that you do that are missing here? (I know that some of these things are unit specific but many are valid across).

Printing service in Italy but I am sure there’s plenty of options. These are typically used for badges, conferences name tags, etc

200-ish hours, still do my checklist religiously every dive. Never had an issue, where my buddy put together his unit based on his “experience” and he had few bailouts due to very simple reasons.

I am not savings lives or inventing something that will change course of history so I do have few minutes to take a look at phone that I spend lots of time doing it anyway.

400ish hours and I still refer to the checklists for my units. Although I don't actually mark the paper.
