Just buy them new from a proper reputable supplier with viton rings. If you really want, for tiny hard to work with parts like this, you can use a one-step degreasing process like an 90% + isopropyl alcohol wash followed by forcing clean air through them to dry. But that isn't really necessary, there is no grease in them when manufactured, just the Oring.

Are you 100% sure there is no grease in there? And no other contamination, such as grease from hands for ex? I would not bet my life on it.

Until now I found no check valve out of the box beeing 100% gas-tight, they all were leaking a little bit. Sometings right from the beginning, sometimes after a few month.

I produced check valves, using Poseidon parts: Zytel seat, rubis ball, spring. They are 100% gas-tight and last for ever.

If you use the check valve out of the box I would disassamble it completely and clean it very well. Simply washing out by green or isopropyl is not enough for my demand. But it's your decission.

Most companies compressing oxygen start by not using a stainless steel body with a stainless seat and without using a steel piano wire spring.

Now if your going above the 150-170 bar limits for gaseous oxygen the NRS1 data sheet below allows a Cv factor of 0.6 with a maximum working pressure of 414 bar (6000psi) and certified for Oxygen Use.
Certified Cleaned for Oxygen Service (and not oxygen cleaned) as there is a big difference between the two statements. British made the threads are BSPP 1/4G No PTFE tape. The oxygen version is Brass Bronze or Monel depending on pressure with the Phosphor Bronze spine
