I was wondering where in the world it would be cheapest to do my idc and ie?
Please no discussions on cheapest isent always the best drivel, this is a personal choice and some friendly advice on cheapest location would be appreciated!

Probably whatever is closest to you, so you wouldn't have to pay (as much) for travel, lodging, etc.
