Maybe Lagoen Hills also - due to location some of their properties rent pretty inexpensive. You do have to drive a couple miles back to town from there but I believe their dive pkg. is with Buddy Dive so you get to use the drive-thru. DustyC, Another place to consider is Black Durgon Inn a little north of Hamlet. It does include breakfast and has a kitchen for guest use. The shore dive out front is Small Wall.

I don't remember exactly, higher than we ended up finding a deal for. We're probably staying at Happy Holiday Homes in a 3 bedroom bungalow. Bungalow, 4x4 diesel suv, diving, is $586 pp for the week.

This is a totally different kind of experience - an all-inclusive; but considering that the price includes lodging, all meals, all beverages including alcohol, unlimited shore diving, nitrox, wifi, airport transfers, and more - it may turn out to be very economical. The only things not covered are airfare, truck rental, dive op tips, and boat dives.

Quad occupancy starts at $996 per person, but there may be additional taxes or service charges, I don't know.

Yep. Adding a 4th only adds 222 to the total, bringing the total each way down. Any more and we'd have to add another vehicle.
