Greg, if you plan on spending the first part of your trip on the mainland, you might want to fly into Cancun. Often cheaper, you can even try to fly into Cancun and leave from Cozumel and save some $$$.

I was limited in choices. Using frequent flyer miles, and what I chosed worked the best for me when considering everything.
