Yes hudson, that is what I purchased, and the large fits like a glove. So theoreticaly if I don the extra 250g and ready to dive under the ice, if it only snowed near here..

Thanks Hudson!

Oh no! rondel101bjrr doesn't have anything for sale on Ebay at the moment. I sent an inquiry, I hope he is still in business. I was waiting for the 2 layer 250 gm to come back in stock in my size.

He travels a lot, and some times his ebay store will be down for a few days. I would not worry to much, I am sure he will be back. The same thing happened to me last year. I still keep an eye on his stuff from time to time and I have noticed every once in a while there will be nothing there...

Just keep checking back.

Phil

Whew, thanks!

He's back and I got my 2-layer 250 g. Fits fine and it is at least as warm as the quilted 3-layer while being much more comfortable. Trying it this Saturday, can't wait.

dammit!! I just got my 2-layer 250g from him. If I had known, I would have waited.

If I thought that this garment would let me ditch my 100g Polartec base layer, I'd upgrade, but I bet it won't be warm enough for that.

Heck, I may do it anyway...

So I received my tailored 2-layer 280g drysuit undies from Ron a few days ago. I have yet to dive with them, but I gotta say these are really nice. I was expecting it to be literally a 2-layer polar fleece undie, similar to my 4way flex that I bought from him, but the fleece is sandwhiched between a soft shell like material (it is supposed to be water resistant).

Since it's tailored, it did fit very well. I still have some room in the tummy area for me to "grow into", but it definitely doesn't have the fat boy cut that my non-tailored 4-way flex does. It does have 2 pockets just below the waist (think of where your pant pockets would be if you sag your pants). While it doesn't look as spiffy as the White's undergarments, at ~1/4 the price, I highly recommend them. I'll give an update whenever I get a chance to dive with the new garment (no idea when that'll be).
