keep an eye on cheaptickets.com and try some of the travel agents that are consolidators. They often buy blocks of seats at a discount and resell them.

Thanks! I've tried them, along most of the other consolidators and have yet to find a consolidator who can do better than I can on my own. In any case, I finally got an airfare that I'm comfortable with.

I booked with Spirit Air, out of DCA, for $1,188.00 for the 3 of us. DCA is an hour away, (which is a bummer, because I live about 10 minutes from BWI!), but I'm saving ~ $500.00, which is definitely worth the drive!

BTW, Consolidators generally do NOT offer fares to/from the Caribbean, US, or Canada any better than other sites. Central America and South America destinations may be cheaper through a consolidator.
