Changing Frame Rate in EM5 (Custom J menu)

When I try to access the "Frame Rate" option in the Custom J menu, it is always "grayed out" and isn't accessible (set for "Normal" by default). Does anyone have this problem and/or ideas on how to access it to change the Frame Rate?


(Firmware in EM5 is version 1.5)

Just got the camera myself but if you are in Manual Mode, Frame Rate can be adjusted but not in Auto.

I am in manual and I can't adjust it at all. Could here be some other setting that if turned on would make it "unchangeable"?
