During the last two months I followed a weekly plan and ate more or less the same things for 8 weeks straight...

Question is...

Shoud I shuffle this plan so that my body does not get accustomed to it ???

Ciao Erik Il Rosso

I think it's really important to eat a variety of food all the time. It does a number of things:
1. shuffles things around so your body doens't get used to it like you said above
2. if you have any sort of food intolerances or stomach problems related to certain foods it helps to keep those from getting worse
3. for me, keeps me from going nuts eating the same things every single day!

I don't know what diet plan you are using, but I follow weight watchers online. It's not too expensive and you don't go to meetings or anything. There are tons of great recipes and a lot of good information on healthy weight loss on their website.
