Change in buoyancy between 7mm farmer john and fullsuit?

Does anyone know a ball park figure for how much less buoyancy there is between a 7mm farmer john plus shorty and a 7mm full suit? Size is XXL.

I wear an XXL. The only time I wore a 7mm FJ was getting certified and I had 32 lbs of weights wearing an AL80.

I later bought a 7mm full suit and currently dive with 26 lbs. My body weight is about the same.

Thanks! That's exactly how much weight I was wearing w/the FJ. So I'll figure about 6 lbs less.

Try 4 lbs to be "safe" but 6 lbs less is probably closer to the correct amount.

Good point. I might be diving a quarry on Sat. though, so I can test both and see what works best.

My experience was 6lbs. as well.
