Does anybody have a clue where I can get my hands on an adapter. I have a Western CGA-540 Medical Regulator, and in Oz our O2 valves are a Bull-Nose 10.5 (British Heritage I Think).

Appreciate in advance - Oh, got the Oxy Hackers Manual now. so have been busy reading.

Cheers.

CGA 540 does not identify the model regulator. This nomenclature pertains to the type of oxygen fitting common in the USA. I will guess that your regulator has a screw in fitting with 1/4 inch pipe thread. Remove the fitting and purchase a "bullnose" with 1/4 inch NPT. Switch out with the original. The RB folks might have a source for an adapter, and this company might have them for sale:

The European company, "Undersea" is another possible source.

Hi, Thanks for your input. Yes I was aware of the 540 being the type of fitting. The catalogue you provided has the answer. The adapter referenced will do the trick I think. Appreciate your help. The regulator is a Western Medical.

Regards.
