I'm only going to Jakarta for a friend's wedding and will be diving in Bali starting Oct 20.. will they still have Mola's then?

Difficult to say... it will be near the end of the Mola Mola season.
A bit late to change your plans now but I would rather have advised you to spend the rest of the season until november in Indo (Bali, Komodo, Ambon, Alor, Raja Ampat,) and hit the Phils from December on.

jamez, think the cost was over a hundred US bucks(?maybe about 120 pp)-------the resort set everything up--ie provided transportation(it was a hour and half drive & remember each day's group left & 5 AM---was in the water by 7:15? AM & back to the resort to catch lunch & the afternoon boat dives) & a Resort DM went along for the 'ride' ie got in the water & made the dive with us........

EDIT..6 WSs were present that day(& the day before when the 1st half of our Louisiana group went)....

Also, if you can find Gilligan here on SB, 'talk' to him(super nice guy)----he's an expat from Hawaii that lives on Bohol.......
