We had/have great luck with Ocean Frontiers-East End. We stayed at Morritt's Tortuga and liked it as well.

My favorite location in the Carribean. Maybe not many oddities like big pelagics and such. But overall, the best diving.

Actually on another board there have been quite a few reports of pelagics around the Caymans. Sightings of Mako shark, at Little Cayman there have been recent sightings last week of whale shark and another of Orcas and other whales. This is not ordinary to the Caymans, the report surmizes that it is due to upwelling of nutrients caused by the hurricane.
