Cayman dive operators

I'm heading down to Grand Cayman soon (3/28-4/3) and will be staying at the Hyatt on 7 mile. Anyone have any favorite dive operators on the west end, or those that they'd avoid? I'm looking at Off the Wall, Wall to Wall, and Red Baron, but would consider other recommendations as well.

Also - is anyone else going to be there during those days and would you like to join up? My wife is a non-diver and I'd like to avoid the dreaded randomly-assigned-diveboat-buddy when possible.

I dove with Don Foster's. I found it to be a premeir dive operation. They pick you up directly from your hotel, have all of your gear waiting for you on the boat, have VERY nice crew members, and never overcrowd. You will never be "diving in a crowd". For ease, availability, and a courteous crew, I'd recommend Don Fosters'. If I ever go back to Cayman, I'll dive them again.
