Did you call Reef Fantasea? Sometimes they are holding space for dive shop trips that aren't selling as robustly as hoped, but they are unable to release the space before the agreed date. You could ask if they think that it is likely that some space will open up for your desired dates soon.

Hi CBA,
Just curious if you had to change plans due to unavailability of flights into Brac or if it was that your choice of accommodations wasn’t open. Just mentioning that if it was accommodations, there are lots of good options. We’re on the Brac now.
