Need help. I am going to Cayman Brac for the first time during Christmas and New Year's. Planned on diving with divi tiara. Has anyone heard whether the dive shop is operational? Were the boats damaged? Will the dock be ready by the holidays? I have read several conflicting reports. Anyone with info please pass it along. Thanks.
